Behind every great attorney is a great paralegal.  Our paralegals live up to that motto.  Each of our staff brings in a unique background and skill set that help the firm function at a high level in our close knit practice.

Christi Del Nagro

Chris has been the firm’s senior paralegal and case manager since 2013.  She has a wealth of experience gained at some of the largest bankruptcy firms in the area.  Chris is experienced in all aspects of firm practice to include bankruptcy, collection defense, foreclosure defense, litigation, and tenant rights.

Jani Brown

Jani is a senior paralegal with the firm.  She focuses in bankruptcy with over fourteen years of experience handling chapter 7, chapter 13, and adversary proceedings.  She also handles other practice areas to include collection defense, foreclosure defense, lemon law, and landlord tenant.  Jani obtained her BA in Human Services from Western Washington.  Prior to working with Washington Debt Law, Jani worked full time with David Howe, the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee, as well as having prior experience in the mortgage and insurance industries.

Gina Stuteville

Gina is the firm’s senior collections paralegal, handling both consumer and creditor side cases for the firm.  Prior to joining Washington Debt Law, Gina spent ten years as the lead senior paralegal at a large collection firm and five years as a senior civil litigation paralegal at a large, national mortgage default servicing firm focusing in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction cases.
